XKY performed all the preparatory work to a high standard taking care to explain the process in an easily understandable manner. This was very important to us as we were retrofitting heat pump technology to an existing property and we had to be reassured it would work. Tibor was very patient in answering all of our questions and a quote was prepared timorously.
The installation took place over two weeks and the radiator and heat pump installers were all very polite and friendly and again were always available to answer questions, clearly understanding the technology. The installers took pride in their work and were very good at leaving a tidy, clean workplace at the end of each day keeping disruption to a minimum. The Directors of the company also visited the installation works from time to time providing added confidence in the process.
Following completion of works, minor snags were attended to quickly and without complaint.
The heat pump has now been installed for two months during which time we have experienced the coldest winter for several years with temperatures dropping as low as -9C. Throughout this time, the heat pump has exceeded expectations in heating the entire house significantly more economically and efficiently than the previous gas boiler would have done.
